Shipping time

All products are packaged and shipped by hand from Norway and will be dispatched within 5 days. 

Some products are printed on demand and will take a little longer to be shipped since the production time will sometimes wary. 

You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been sent.

• Nordic countries 4 - 10 working days

• Europe 4 - 15 working days

Changes to the order

If you need to cancel or change the address of your order, please email me with the new info as soon as possible, as I can only make changes before the order has been shipped.

Returns and refunds

​

Items with damages or defects are eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to me on kellkyillustration@outlook.com with pictures and details of your order for a refund to be processed.

Shipping outside of the EU

​

I'm currently not shipping to the US, Canada or Australia at the moment. I'm currently working on getting this sorted soon. Sorry about that.
